Packaging & Shipping

 

The production lead, after getting the delivery notice from the supervisor and checking packaging requirements, initiates a quality inspection of the equipment within the factory.
Once the equipment successfully passes the quality check, production staff will sort, package, and prepare a detailed inventory list of parts and loose items, highlighting the quantity and specifics of each material. Valuable items are to be packaged using distinctive colors for easy identification.
Quality inspection of disassembled materials includes assessing the packaging and labeling for adequacy, checking for any damage to materials, and verifying the completeness of the material list. Documentation of the inspection process through photographs is required.
Finally, the production management team coordinates the logistics and dispatch of the equipment. The PM is tasked with organizing the receipt of the equipment by pre-arranging the personnel responsible for receiving it.
