All adjustments are available in computer control and motorized control, adapting to user habits and convenient for user selection.
The drive rollers of this auto flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker are all made of high quality steel pipes which have experienced thermal refining, hard chromium plating, correcting and drilling balancing, hence ensuring stable running. Gears are made from high quality alloy steel through quenching treatment.
The clearance between rollers can be adjusted depending on the self locking function of worm gear case. Disc handle seat makes it more convenient and faster.
Lateral and longitudinal movement of slotting knife are motorized adjust. Box height is also motorized adjust.
The die cutting part of this auto flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker is equipped with speed-limited compensation mechanism so that the die cut roller can move crosswise 40mm.
This carton machinery also boasts printing and slotting memory functions, ensuring automatic zero set and automatic slotting reset. The slitter is driven by ball screw, keeping stable operation and high accuracy.

Features of Printer Unit
This series flexo printer slotter die cutter and stacker's printer unit has a steel Anilox roller.
It comes with a rubber roller inking device as standard die cutter rotary equipment. (There is an option for a two-scraping knife inking mechanism.)
Flexo printing Jumbo 3 color Rotary Die Cutter with Slotting section plate mounting and disassembly are made quicker and easier with the use of a quick change device.
All-around auto corrugated carton box part djustment is ensured by the PLC and touch screen that control phase adjustment.
The planetary gear phasing adjustment mechanism has a long lifespan.
When the printing cylinder is detached or in phase adjustment, the printing unit's automated braking mechanism stops it from rotating. The initial gear position hasn't altered since.
After the print roll is cleaned, an automatic reset system makes sure it automatically returns to zero.
A computer with a digital display controls axial adjustment. There is a 20mm adjustment range.
When feeding ceases, the anilox roller's auto raising gear ensures that it will rise and separate from the printing plate.
