Lead edge feeder
Servo control free-pressure feeding system was used to increase the cardboard's resistance to pressure and prevent it from being pushed.
Electric control is used to modify each baffle.
The right-left baffle moves smoothly and precisely thanks to the guide rail.
Blanche rectification is made stable by grinding and plating the feeding rollers with hard chromium.
PLC and touch screen-adjusted feeding roller gap
In the first row of feeding rollers, the upper feeding roller has a diameter of 132 mm and is made of seamless steel wrapped in rubber that resists wear after being balanced. The 156 mm diameter downfeed roller is made of seamless steel with a knurled surface and is balanced-rectification treated.
The second row of feeding rollers consists of two 132mm feeding rings and an upper feeding roller with a diameter of 86 mm. The seamless steel tubing is chrome-plated, has a ground surface, and has undergone balance correction.
The diameter of the downfeeding roller is 156 mm, and the seamless steel pipe has been polished and chrome-plated before being subjected to balance correction.
