Lead edge feeder
This unit is to strengthen the cardboard's resistance to pressure and stop it from being pushed, a servo control free-pressure feeding system was employed.
Each baffle is adjusted via electric control.
The guide rail allows the right-left baffle to move accurately and smoothly.
The feeder rollers are ground and plated with strong chromium to stabilize Blanche rectification.
Feeding roller gap adjustable via PLC and touch screen
The upper feeding roller in the first row of feeding rollers has a diameter of 132 mm and is composed of rubber-wrapped seamless steel that, once balanced, resists wear. The downfeed roller has a 156 mm diameter, is balanced-rectification treated, and is composed of seamless steel with a knurled surface.
Two 132 mm feeding rings and an 86 mm diameter upper feeding roller make up the second row of feeding rollers. The seamless steel tubing has been balanced, has a ground surface, and is chrome-plated.
The seamless steel pipe has been chrome-plated and polished before undergoing balance correction, and the downfeeding roller has a diameter of 156 mm.
