1. Checks Prior to Operation
Look for any remaining strap fragments on the strapping head before beginning. 2. Preparing the Package

3. Modes of Operation

Automatic Cycle: The package is simply fed into the photoelectric eye of the arch by the operator. After applying the strap and automatically triggering, the machine resets. Use the "Multiple Cycle" feature to choose between two and twenty straps per feed.
4. Managing the Task
Make sure the package is perfectly aligned with the feed table or conveyor. Feed it into the arch at a constant speed. Keep your hands away from moving parts. Mosca's ultrasonic or heat-sealing technique will be used to weld the strap, resulting in a strong junction. Examine the consistency of the seal after removing the strapped package.
5. Maintenance & Shutdown
Run the "Strap Retract" cycle at the end of the day to pull the strap back onto the roll. Switch off the power and release the air pressure. To avoid misfeeds, remove strap dust from the sensors and sealing mechanism every day.
