Feed Section
Compared to rollerstyle feeders, the ServoPro Rotary Die Cutter offers 400% more sheet contact thanks to belts. By making contact with sheets before to acceleration, belts prevent sheet marking and preserve lineal speed throughout their lifespan. The servo-driven belt lifter's variable stroke option reduces the amount of crushing that is necessary for the sheets in the feed rolls by extending control over bigger sheets in the belt conveyor.
Print Unit
Anilox roll motors, print cylinders, and impression cylinders are all directly connected in the ServoPro's fully direct drive servo system. An angled control panel makes it easier to operate the machine and improves split line visibility when the machine is opening or closing. Quick detach fittings make it easy and convenient to attach the hoses for washing and inking.
Inside Print
The ServoPro can be equipped with one or more inside print units for single-pass interior printing. Compared to dual-pass inside print, this increases quality and cuts down on production time for inside print orders.
Die Cutter
The die cutter provides a straightforward, incredibly durable solution. The strength of the journals increases by almost four times as their size increases. We have improved drum stiffness, journal strength, and bearing capabilities to meet the demands of the modern market. The Shark Anvil Trimming System, which allows for "on the fly" anvil cover trimming, is a feature of the ServoPro.
Controls System
For enhanced ergonomics, the ServoPro has a free-standing pedestal. PC-based controls include operator interfaces that are easy to use and are consistent, well-organized, and structured according to usage frequency. On the machine console, manuals are conveniently accessible. The ServoPro has integrated, easily comprehensible diagnostics along with high-definition graphics and illustrations.
