Instructions of operation adjustment
Button 1 is used to adjust the pressure between anilox roller and cliché cylinder(Photo 2 and Photo 2-1), adjust pressure according to cliché thickness, adjust the hand knob according to paperboard thickness to make scale plate rotate till the needle point to the data which the needle points to. If cliché catches uneven ink, increase the pressure till the ink is even. Remarks: Too much pressure will lead to obscure printing result and damage the cliché.
Button 2 is to adjust the pressure between rubber roller and anilox roller(Photo 3), adjust the knob and make the scale plate rotate to 0 position on the plate and start the supply ink. Before inking, adjust the suitable pressure, clean the anilox after work. And then adjust the hand knob to rotate to the data 2. If not decrease the pressure, the life of the rubber roller will get short.
