Operation Manual :
Side baffle setup and adjustment
Side baffle distance is 1 to 2 mm bigger than paperboard width, can be micro adjusted or can input data into computer for adjustment.
3.Front/back baffle distance setup and adjustment
The gap between front baffle and LEF suction plate is about 1mm thick than the thickness of three ply paperboard, about 2mm thick than the thickness of five ply paperboard.
4.Suction powder cleaner adjustment
If paperboard width is more than a certain degree, operator can open the airpipe switch on two sides. The red transversal switch means CLOSE, vertical switch means OPEN.
5.Vacuum suction air pressure adjustment
Vacuum suction air pressure will be adjusted according to the paperboard thickness. For three ply paperboards, it is soft, air pressure will be adjusted for smaller volume, otherwise paperboard will go awry. If paperboard is stronger, the air volume can be increased properly. According to paperboard width, air exit can be OPEN or CLOSED.
6.Main motor belt tension adjustment
Main motor belt tension has been well calibrated before delivery, unnecessary to be re-adjusted. If used long or change the belt, press the middle belt downward to 8-10mm.
